  • Overview and Responsibilities

    Research, design, and implement training materials using various multi-media channels including digital and paper-based.

    • Write, design, edit and maintain documentation and training materials.
    • Maximize effectiveness of training materials by researching training methodologies, learning tools and practices.
    • Explain complex product information to non-technical audiences.
    • Responsible for Credentialed Trainer, super user, and end user training.
    • Responsible for building, testing and maintaining the training environment.
    • May coordinate publication and dissemination of materials.
    • Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment.

    • This is the entry-level Instructional Designer position.

    Qualifications

    3 years work experience or equivalent combination of experience and education in related field.

    • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
    • Need to be able to use Work, and Excel – need some keyboarding skills.
    • Need to be computer literate.
