Write, design, edit and maintain documentation and training materials.
Maximize effectiveness of training materials by researching training methodologies, learning tools and practices.
Explain complex product information to non-technical audiences.
Responsible for Credentialed Trainer, super user, and end user training.
Responsible for building, testing and maintaining the training environment.
May coordinate publication and dissemination of materials.
Closely supervised with little latitude for independent judgment.
