Define organizations system requirements by analyzing business structure, policies, and operations. Work closely with end users to analyze, define, model, and document system requirements. Research and recommend systems solutions that enable organization to achieve business goals. Conduct business needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to assist in aligning business initiatives with system solutions. Use development specifications to create detailed test cases and analyze results. May create end-user documentation and deliver training. Work with internal departments or with external clients. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum of four years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
