Collaborates with team and departmental efforts to monitor, support and investigate Microsoft Windows services and related software performance, problems, trouble calls and requests by working within team and across other IT areas to meet organizational objectives.
Consults, communicates and collaborates effectively with internal and external colleagues.
Maintains knowledge of operational influences on technical systems, including general knowledge of best practices for systems security, disaster avoidance and recovery, and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrates understanding of the need for close coordination with other technical infrastructure components such as networking, telecommunications, database administration, web services, etc.
Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
